COURSE MODULES 


Customer
In this Sage Module you will be shown how to set up customers, edit them, chase debts, raise a quotation, produce a new sales order, produce a new invoice, allocate stock, despatch orders, receive payments, post invoices, raise credits, write off and refund accounts, undertake customer refunds and enter diary entries.


Supplier
In this Sage Module you will be shown how to set up suppliers, edit them, manage payments, place new purchase orders, place orders, deliver orders, update orders, make payment, write off/refund, refund a supplier and enter a new diary event.


Company
This module shows you how to set up a new nominal account, look at a nominal record, look at nominal activities, undertake journals, reverse journals made in error, enter prepayments and accruals, and view, change and check the chart of accounts and finally produce nominal reports.


Banking
This Banking module will show you how to manage all aspects of the Sage Bank Account.  It will teach you how to set up a new account, manage all types of transactions such as payments, receipts, reconciliations, transfers and recurring journals. The full Reporting functionality is shown too. 

 

Settings
This module shows you how to set up the configuration, change customer preferences, customer defaults, supplier defaults, bank defaults, product defaults, invoice and order defaults, financial year, change program date, currencies, countries, control accounts, access rights, change password and internet resources.


Edit
The edit module in the program will allow you to cut, copy and paste information.  Also when data entering it will allow you to insert, delete and duplicate a cell. This is very useful for speed of entry.


File
The file module shows an administrator how to carry out important routines such as backup, restore, maintenance, corrections, archives and if necessary deleting a company.
