The ability to type at speed is a skill that stays with you for life and in as little as 4 hours (probably 8 half hour sessions) you will be touch-typing on all the letters and common punctuation characters on a QWERTY keyboard.

All you have to do is make time for regular sessions (recommended 5 hours per week) until you complete the course and then you'll have no need to keep looking at the keyboard. On completion of the course you have the option to print out your own certificate, verifying the fact that you can touch-type.
