Quotations and Pro-Forma Invoices
We will gladly provide you with a formal quotation or pro-forma invoice for the desired training courses. Just call, e-mail or fax in your request for an estimate including.

You will get an email confirmation that your Purchase Order has been received and processed.
If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of faxing the Purchase Order to us, please call to assure that we did in fact receive the Purchase Order via fax.
If you send the Purchase Order via Postal Service please allow up to 5 days for mail delivery before calling in the absence of a confirmation e-mail.
Payment Terms: Purchase Order Payment Terms are NET 30. An invoice will be sent to the billing address. You can pay purchase orders by credit card, cheque or money order. A 1.5% per month (18% APR) late charge will be added to invoices not paid by the due date.
Fulfillment: The order will be fulfilled, and your training sent out to you, as soon as the Purchase Order is accepted (not when payment is received). So you will receive your software as soon as possible after the order is processed.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are £3.50 for UK Orders and £15.00 for International Orders.
